HomeSphere provides property care and home management for primary residences and, in particular, second homes across the Côte d’Opale and surrounding countryside. While owners are away, and always with their prior agreement, we can oversee inspections, maintenance, renovation coordination and other requested services on their behalf.

Do you look after both primary and second homes?+
Yes. HomeSphere supports primary residences and, in particular, second homes whose owners need reliable local care while they are away.
Can I request a single service?+
Yes. Services can be arranged as a one-off request or combined into regular property care, subject to availability and the requirements of the property.
Will I receive a report after a visit?+
For agreed inspection and monitoring visits, we provide a clear update and can include photographs, observations and recommended next steps.
How are my keys and property access managed?+
Keys are held only with your express authorisation. Access is limited to agreed purposes and is recorded so you know when and why the property was entered.
What happens if an urgent problem is found?+
We contact you promptly, document the issue and act within the authority agreed in advance. Where a specialist is required, we coordinate the appropriate professional and keep you informed.
Can you coordinate renovation and construction work?+
Yes. HomeSphere can coordinate planning, access, schedules and communication with architects, qualified contractors and specialist trades, from windows and roofing to interior and exterior improvements. Regulated work is quoted and carried out by the appropriate independent professionals.
How is the price calculated?+
The proposal is tailored to the property, location, frequency and services required. You receive the scope and price for approval before the agreed work begins.
